Unfortunately it's not done with updating the composer constraints. You can find some more information in my fork at https://github.com/IchHabRecht/testing-framework/tree/raise-typo3-9-4 There is still a problem with creating the database that needs to be tackled (and analysed why the typo3/testing-framework doesn't have this problem as well). I'm closing this pull request in favour of the mentioned one.
