Incorporate More Thematic Recipe Changes

This would serve a bit of a dual purpose: solidify the resources in their place as magical or technological resources, as well as gate some of the more powerful technical content to later stages of play.

• Mods like Botania and Thaumcraft will make use of the Twilight Forest, Metallurgy Fantasy metals, and a bit of each other (infusion crafting for Botania Baubles, maybe?).
• Mekanism, Thermal Expansion, Ender IO, Minefactory Reloaded, etc. will make use of Metallurgy Nether and End metals, as well as being intertwined with each other (Ender IO machines will mostly be a direct upgrade from Resonant TE and MFR machines, MFR will utilize TE materials, etc.)
• Blood Magic, while a purely magic mod, will not only use Magical materials (mana diamond and mana tablets can be made into blood orbs, maybe?), but will also focus on Sanguinite from the Nether for later recipes, like bound equipment.

Now with GT added and rearranging some of the interpretations of certain metals/alloys (black bronze/hepatizon, black steel, quicksilver, etc.) some metals may have to be moved around. For instance, Deep Iron is no longer used to make black steel. However, with the inclusion of the Caveworld mod, we can probably offload that there instead, and just make it another variation of normal iron or something similar.

EDIT: GT/IC2 has been removed, but I still think some of their metal concepts still apply; I'm looking at you, hepatizon/black steel.
