Mekanism recipes do not display properly in NEI #265

-The metallurgic infuser is disabled, but the recipe is still shown. -The alloys only show metallurgic infuser recipes (if there even are any alternatives).

Looks like Mekanism v8 broke a lot of things that Minetweaker does, and we'll probably have to make our changes in Nincrafty Things instead of scripts. Regrowth has apparently been running into the same problem as of lately.
