Add further customization options

Such as:

• Whether to include subclasses, equivalencies, disjoints, restrictions, etc. in a class diagram and thereby segment/reduce what is shown in a diagram
• Using a node or note for equivalencies/disjoints, the color of the note, note border, etc.
• Node color options for UML
• Displaying a property's label and/or prefixed name (currently, "label (prefixed name)" is displayed)
• What to display for "subclassOf" and "typeOf" labels (simpler, friendlier text?)
• Using a different format for datatype vs object restrictions
