Abiltity to mark upgrades used #51

This is a two part request from Gold Squadron.

  1. Ability to mark an upgrade used in X-Streamer. Would need a boolean field for each of the upgrades.
  2. If the upgrade is marked as used, it should use the Strikethru font to make it out, or just don't display it.

Part of this is implemented. The UI allows for marking if an upgrade in X-Wing has been used or not.

This will now add a red X next to any upgrade that has been discarded. This will indicate on the overlay that an upgrade is no longer equipped. Toggling the discard state will remove the red X. This from a visual stand point is better than showing the item as strike thru.
