Addon is reseting blizzard ui and layout #2

I logged in today and my ui has completely reset to default.

I removed the addon and it's saved variables and logged into another character, the other character kept my ui layout, but installing the addon reset the ui again.

Hey there, Would it be possible to let me know what version of wow you're using (retail/cata/era) and what other addons you use please? I'd like to try using a similar set up myself to see if I can find the cause of it resetting your UI. Thanks!

Thank you for the list! That's quite big and might take me a short while to go through.

To help narrow it down, can you let me know which of these you recently installed/updated, around the time your UI reset? Thank you!

Edit: As a quick test, I've uploaded a test beta version that delays loading anything until 10 seconds after log in. If you can, have a look and see if it helps, thank you!

I don't think i added anything, I update my addons pretty frequently, usually bigwigs, I was messing with threat plates the days before, trying to set the bounding box so i could easily select targets.

I managed to fix it though, I searched my WTF folder for all files with "accwide" in the name and deleted them, then loaded in, mod enabled, with an unaffected character, it reset the characters layout to modern but its settings remained, and carried over to other characters when logging in with them.

If i was to hazard a guess, it could be some conflict with DF friendly nameplates, I'm constantly having to open that up and turn off the hide health bar and cast bar for characters I've already done that with.

Thanks for letting me know! I'm gonna take a wild guess that something went wrong when the game was saving variables.

I've tried a lot of the addons listed and not been able to find any kind of conflict or similar, but I appreciate you taking the time to help me with this.

I'll leave this open for now in case any other issues crop up. Thanks!
