add Healthcare Cover & Health Insurance on Person

For each person, we have to know:

• his/her Healthcare Cover (Couverture medicale in French : Regime Général (for the employees) Régime Agricole (for the agricultural workers, payed by the MSA - Mutuelle Sociale Agricole) RSI (Regime Social des indépendants) AME (Aide médiale de l'Etat - usually for people without papers) CMU (Couverture Médicale Universelle - usually for people with papers but without sufficient incomes) SPECIAL (régimes spéciaux : SNCF, RATP, EDF-GDF, Banque de France, Assemblée nationale, Sénat, ...)

• his/her Health Insurance (Mutuelle in French : AXA, MGEN, ...)
