Boat angle reset hotkey disables eye measurements when boat measurements is turned off

Pressing the Indicate boat angle reset on next F3+C hotkey when Enable boat measurements is unchecked stops ender eye measurements from being inputted, effectively locking the calculator until the hotkey is pressed again.
