Should: This user story is classified as "Should" because it significantly enhances the app's usability and inclusivity for disabled staff, aligning with accessibility best practices. High Value: It's high value as it enhances inclusivity and ensures the app serves a wider audience, including those with disabilities. Low Risk: The integration of established accessibility tools poses low technical and financial risk, leveraging proven technologies.

• Text-to-Speech Software: This technology converts digital text into synthesized speech, making it accessible for individuals who cannot see text. It's particularly beneficial for people with visual impairments, blindness, and certain learning disabilities. Text-to-speech has been increasingly sophisticated, utilizing innovations like deep learning to produce natural-sounding dialogue. • https://www.bairesdev.com/blog/software-support-people-with-disabilities/

• Microsoft's Accessibility Features: Microsoft offers a range of products with built-in accessibility features, designed to support productivity and ease of use for people with disabilities. For example, Windows 11 includes Live Captions, Voice Access, and Focus Mode. Additionally, Microsoft 365 provides accessible apps and cloud services, while Microsoft Teams features closed captions and audio transcription. These tools are tailored to assist users with various disabilities, including those related to vision, hearing, mobility, and neurodiversity. • https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/accessibility/accessible-technology-products

• Free and Open-Source Accessibility Tools: There are several open-source tools that enhance accessibility for users with disabilities. For instance, NVDA is a free screen reader for Windows, providing an alternative for those who find built-in options inadequate. Other tools include OptiKey, an on-screen keyboard for Windows that can be used with a camera or alternative input device, and GazetheWeb, a beta project for Windows to support navigation using eye-tracking. These tools not only offer alternatives to commercial software but also cater to a wide range of accessibility needs. • https://www.accessibility.com/blog/free-and-open-source-applications-for-accessibility
