[BUG]推特推送问题

描述 长时间运行时推特会无法推送，微博正常，重启程序可恢复 另”看看单条Twitter“指令无效 补充一个建议，做一个可以列出当前订阅的指令，有时订阅太多无法确认有哪些内容

系统信息

我又看了看mongodb的log也没发现报错,当天运行也是正常的,然后有一点是我这边pm2还和cq-picsearcher一起跑的,不知道有没有影响,mongodb和系统我也没重启,把wecab重启下就可以正常推送
