This issue was updated by revision 7ac71ff63c60.

SASL:
  Add failed to code_source for getting state.
  Now driver_code_source and driver support virtual include, include and error hanlding.
  Add test for them.
  Fixed diag_chat memory leaks.

SASL:
  Now driver appends newline at the end of file if need.
  Add failed_include surround with conditional compiling instruction to include_main.ss
