Repaired and added components to the voice chat UI

added the clear icon to the appBar in voice chat ui. The clear button icon resets the chat bubble list thus removing any previous messages.
repaired the voice chat. Prior, the model returned a null response. After a fix in api_services_voice, the model returns valid output.
