Enhance Floating Navbar Responsiveness This PR introduces a hamburger menu to the floating navbar for smaller screens, improving mobile responsiveness. The navbar now collapses into an accessible menu when viewed on devices with a smaller width , ensuring a better user experience.

Please review the changes and updates and consider merging my pr. issue #29 resolved. Thanks!
