Add tooltip on hovering commit circle #28

Display a tooltip upon hovering on the commit dot. Something along the lines of what is in this screenshot. Not sure about what all contents to add. Few necessary ones are:

List of branches on which this commit is there.
Indication if this commit is the head of some branch.
Exact commit date and time

Looking for more significant items to add to this. Help and suggestions on what all to add to it are highly appreciated.
