Compute Voronoi volume-to-cortex interpolator (Again) #193

Hello developers I am attempting to calculate individualized fNIRS sensitivity profiles using patient-specific anatomy exactly like a previous post: https://github.com/Nirstorm/nirstorm/issues/128. I am coming across the same issue. I have followed the steps in the previous post (updated my Brainstorm and Nirstorm to the latest versions, compiled the mex files for my system, ensured the proper files are in the .brainstorm/process and /nirstorm/nirstorm-master/bst_plugin/math folders) and have encountered the same array size error.

I am working with Matlab ver R2019a, MacOS Mojave ver 10.14.6. I have processed the T1 anatomical MRI using CAT12 (from inside Brainstorm) to segment. I have a lower resolution cortical surface set to be the default surface. I have also tried this whole process using a Freesurfer processed brain and get the same errors.

Is there a solution to the previous post's questions? If not, is there a workaround for by-passing the Voronoi interpolation process so that we can still use Nirstorm to calculate individualized sensitivity profiles? Since I am using a Mac, it seems unlikely the previous issues were due to the Windows operating system since I am having the same errors. I also posted in the forum here.

Thank-you Helen
