WiringPi on raspberry pi 4 #1

Hi, I tried to compile ned_ros on raspberry pi 4. However, wiringpi can be downloaded to ubuntu 18.04 LTS on arm64. How did you successfully compile ned_ros by catkin_make?

I can solve this problem by xubuntu-desktop. I found that ubuntu-desktop can not compile this ros repository due to wiring pi.
