To help those having the problem : "sudo: pip: command not found"

And to help those having difficulties to clone a github repo in an non empty repository : "fatal: destination path '.' already exists and is not an empty directory."

Thanks for this contribution!

It does solve the issue when the repository already contains at least a file.

I've made a comment on the code, will merge this PR once the comment is resolved.
