Dxl niryo_one_debug adding options get-register, factory-reset #33

I've modified the niryo_one_debug program to be able to read register values and to do a factory reset on a motor. If you're interested in including these options, then this is the pull request for you ^^

If you only want one of the two, or want it changed in some way, then I'll be happy to fix the pull request to your liking.
