Users on some Android devices were unable to check the 'Special Diet" checkbox - but were able to check the Agreements boxes.
The one user I was able to document was using ATT Navigator version 3.2.2 7220043 (flash not enabled) on HTC 3 X, but there was at least one other Android user who reported this issue.
