[BUG] Small chat bar #82

Description

The chat bar can be expanded initially before the answers are to be generated. Else it confuses as to why it is present in the first place.

Any additional information?

Initially when i was testing it i thought i was supposed to click in the chat bar to type so it looks weirdly odd in terms of design
