Beast patient scream.ogg is so loud it gave me a heart attack #3

Forge 47.3.1 DarkestSouls-Forge1.20.1-v1.0.1.4.jar

Every mob is so obnoxiously loud especially the beast patient. I don't know how many times I got spooked when it made that noise. The amount of decibels on these sounds are unnecessarily astronomically high it makes my ears bleed. Please and I beg to adjust the sound levels of these mobs.

if you want to tweak the sounds to your liking I suggest making a resourcepack targeting the "sounds.json" file in the "assets/darkestsouls" folder. https://minecraft.wiki/w/Sounds.json You can change the volume of the specified file from there

This is the file you need to change. Copy it, put it in a resource pack and add the "volume" line to the sounds you want to attenuate. https://github.com/Nitespring/darkestsouls/blob/1.20.1/src/main/resources/assets/darkestsouls/sounds.json

hearing it again, I seriously do not know why scream.ogg is immensely bass boosted. It is absolutely painful to hear if they turned up their volume
