Day view - Event expanding issue. #10

In the Day view, lets say for an existing event scheduled for 9.00am to 9.30am, 
shows as if its resizable or extendable lets say to 9am -10am.
But it doesn't seem to work. 

My system is
Windows 7 (sp1)
I downloaded the latest version yesterday (9/7/12)

I figured that this issue only happens on IE9.
