__init__.txt files are not processed #25

According to the robot framework documentation, __init__.txt files in the directory of the robot test file and its parent directories are automatically included in the robot test file. Support for this is needed so that libraries included and variables defined in those would be usable in the test file.

Actually, I misread the documentation. Invalid issue.
