Eclipse update site to ease installation and upgrading #39

Having a custom update site for this project would ease installation make updates automatic. According to instructions on Eclipse wiki you can create an update site pretty easily [1]. Update site could apparently be hosted on GitHub pages at least if downloads themselves are placed into normal download page [2]. These downloads seem to be pretty small so they could probably be uploaded directly to GitHub pages too.

We do not have an official release there yet so I recommend not using it yet.
