Feature: Reset the ball during goal explosion

currently can’t reset the ball when it disappears due to

• the goal explosion
• the time running out in a training map and then the ball hits the ground

but you should be able to, since it would make practicing on workshop maps where you score just a little more ergonomic. currently it puts the car in position but the ball is nowhere to be seen for a few seconds until the goal reset happens
