Modern interface design #95

Nowadays, Nitrate needs a new and modern interface design, that is the revolution to current old design. It should be much easier to use than now, and be usable in mobile and modern web browser.

patternfly[1] should be the one Nitrate will use.

+1 for patternfly although I have no experience with it. However this needs to focus more on user interaction and not simply a graphical redesign.

user interaction improvement is really worth to do for Nitrate. In my mind, it is the second step after migrating to patternfly, as it would be easy to reconsider and reimplement some interactions.

At this moment, basic idea is

However, currently, first item has higher priority than other three ones. I would keep current user interaction stable as much as possible and not have big change, unless some one really blocks usage.
