Fix kinopub cdn #214

It looks like kino.pub changed their cdn service. See related issue

Quite interesting that cdn-azure.net doesn't work for me but alibaba-cdn.net does.

Do they rotate CDNs somehow?

@jtraub Changed PR to dynamic detection CDN based on the video playlist URL. Not sure if this will work in all cases. May kino.pub use different CDN for different movies? Could you provide example with alibaba-cdn.net?
