please help "-bash: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'" #26

i am using a jailbroken iPhone 6 on iOS 8.1.2 , overtime i try to follow the jailbroken instructions, i get stuck at step 3, my computer returns "-bash: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'" whenever i try "export THEOS_DEVICE_IP=<192.168.33.110>", please help asap.
