Support Nitrokey 3 for HOTP code verification. This can be done as easy as updating the nitrokey-hotp-verification tool to version v1.4.

Merged by hand to nitropad-ng (source: https://github.com/Nitrokey/heads/pull/20#issuecomment-1520384452), and it works there. This will be closed once the final v1.4 release is done.
