This PR adds new features to the test suite:

FIDO2 provisioning (https://github.com/Nitrokey/nitrokey-3-tests/issues/1)
basic FIDO2 tests (https://github.com/Nitrokey/nitrokey-3-tests/issues/3)
basic upgrade tests (https://github.com/Nitrokey/nitrokey-3-tests/issues/2)
test-local.sh for easy execution from local firmware checkout
