'Configure' not shown in menu bar on macOS #366

Expected behaviour

Configure submenu should be available from both tray icon menu and from top menu bar

Current behaviour

Configure submenu is not available on top menu bar

Workaround

Use the tray icon menu for configuration (as in previous App releases).

I've just tested a Nitrokey Storage 2 and came accross this bug. I'm using German as my system language and the Nitrokey App therefore used de_DE for UI translation. In the German UI the 'Configure' (Konfigurieren) menu was shown, but when I switch to en as UI language the 'Configure' menu item is gone (as well as the 'About' and 'Quit' menu items).

P.S.: I also can't see any tray icon which is mentioned (with any of the two UI languages). Should there be a tray icon?

P.P.S.: The tray icon seemed to be missing as it is invisible in dark mode on macOS (see issue #369 and maybe also #232).

This Bug is still present in: Firmware: v1.5-RC8 OS: macOS 11.2.3
