Currently the order of the first sub-box of that dialog is:
1) Entry Selction pull down
2) Delete button
3) Field to enter or show name
I would ask to re-order and make soem minor changes:
1) Entry Selction pull down , but without the name in the entry list as it is anyhow not shown fully
2) Field to enter or show the name
3) Delete button
Currently the Pull down box is anyhow to small to capture the Entry numbering scheme and the name ( only the first 3 letters of the name are shown)

Expected behaviour
Show the Entry Numbering Scheme without the name fragment
But show immidiate after the slot selection the name of teh selected slot
Put the Action Button to delete/empty the entry at the end
