Most of the commits in this PR fix errors and warnings during compilation.

Fix 'Title underline too short' warnings.
Change HTTP links to HTTPS if supported by resource.
Replace broken links with alternative resources.
Change hyperlinks to external resources into anonymous hyperlinks.
Removes an include to an invalid text block.
Removes declarations for literal blocks.
Fix a 'No content permitted' error.
Fix 'Duplicate explicit target name' errors.

In our URLs we don't use .html tailing anymore. Should we change the links accordingly? (e.g. text <page> instead of text <page.html>)

We should do that for sure, but I would schedule it for the next PR. I want to first solve all the errors and warnings, so that we have it easier to see if something breaks when we make further changes.
