Udev rules installation guide is not universal #171

 If the Nitrokey is not detected, proceed as follows:
    Copy this file [41-nitrokey.rules](https://www.nitrokey.com/sites/default/files/41-nitrokey.rules) to /etc/udev/rules.d/.
    Restart udev via sudo service udev restart.

This does not work on Fedora 38
