Documentation of default PIV PIN/PUK on Nitrokey 3 #201

Until now the description of setting the pins does not include the defaults which is required to change them.

From the PIV section I could get that the default PIN is 123456, yet I couldn't find any information on the default PUK.

In any case it would make sense to specify the defaults in the section that describe how to change the pins. Without this I would consider this as incomplete. So could you please document these?

I was already able to figure out the defaults and added them via PR #203. As soon as the changes are accepted or you provide your own version we can close this issue.
