PIN Settings for FIDO2 and OTP in the Nitrokey App 2

I suggest to state explicitly that OTP and FIDO and OpenPGP Card use different PINs. Any other PIN I missed?

To me "Option 1" and "Option 2" sound like two options to achieve the same goal. But instead this is not the case. So avoid this terminology.

For the file names we use dashes to separate words. So either call it pin-settings.rst or simple pin.rst
