FYI: by design each identity was meant to be isolated from each other, thus factory-reset is limited to a single one and three total are needed for the complete execution. The only way all user data are removed at once is during the firmware update, where whole flash is cleared on purpose.

a factory reset does: it delets all data (keys, pins, settings, meta data) for the given identity. Note that factory reset may need to be executed for each (of the three) identites in use. this needs to be checked
