detect and support GD32(hw_rev5)

New firmware version for the hw_rev5 which uses the GD32 instead of the STM32 because of the chip shortage: nitrokey-pro-firmware-v0.14-3-de6aa655.tar.gz

I used this Docker environment for building.

Tested for hw_rev5 & hw_rev3. (Test for hw_rev4 are still missing!) All Test were executed on Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS

To do:

• [x] test hardware revision R4 with this firmware

Attaching results for the HW4 done on the attached binary in nitrokey-pro-firmware-v0.14-3-de6aa655.tar.gz:

• libnitrokey 3.7 tests (flashed directly)
• Nitrokey Start / GNUK tests (flashed directly)
• libnitrokey 3.7 tests after update 0.14->0.15

Tested update path v0.15->v0.15 two times as well (without the full retests).

Looks good, and ready for the release. Naming v0.14-3-de6aa655 here as the v0.15-rc1.
