If Nitrokey blinks red and blue, touch it for 10 seconds! To discuss if the color needs to be mentioned.

[x] remove the obsolete / redundant text
[x] test on all OSes

Tested Linux and Windows. Fixed a bug, due to which the bootloader execution guide was hidden just after first attempt timed out, which could be not enough time for user to get it read.
