moving the reference for the include away from github to our internal git(lab)

Jup, this generally seems not to work for opcard-rs and is on the todo anyways as a next topic - checking older commits it looks like it stopped working quite some time ago - let's merge this one and the CI-status reporting is anyways the next thing to improve
