Signing a git commit doesn't work #85

trying to sign a git commit, asks for the PIN which I've correctly set but the card doesn't accept it and sign the commit and increase the counter for bad pin - just seems not to work and eventually locks the card which I can't unlock see #83

Update: generating the key on the card itself works instead - still testing the keytocard as it doesn't work for me

worked eventually - perhaps I was messing with pins
