Implement Audio Controls #5

  1. Create audio controls UI for the RoomActivity (play, pause, seek, next song, previous song).
  2. Integrate them with Spotify's "App Remote" API to control playing a Spotify playlist "remotely" (there are some kinks about using it, talk to me for tips on getting a smooth start).
