ADC readings not updating

I was testing the ADC channels and realised the data was not being updated because the ADC trigger was not called in the infinite loop. Two possible ways to fix this are:

• Add a trigger to run at the end of the temperature controller run() loop
• Change ADC/DMA settings to run continuously
