For example, "lock wheelthrottle to 10." makes rovers go into a sort of turbo. Pretty amusing when you set it to 100 and the rover flies, but probably not intended behavior. Likely also works for numbers <-1 as well. Interestingly the power usage appears to scale correctly with the throttle as well.
