Minor editing enhancements #147

Some minor editing enhancements, plus, when loading a file to edit, it reports the file size (in the bottom right) as 0B until it is first edited.

I thought immediate mode line editing was going to be much harder =)

I did too. Turned out a lot easier than expected.
