'x' key not getting locked to term window. #211

I don't think i've ever had a reason to type an 'x' but for testing stage:oxidizer. Completely clean install besides kOS so it's not another mod killing locks.

That makes sense, don't recall it in the past so it must of came in with 0.22.

It's always been a problem and didn't start with 0.22.

Notice how in the stock game unmodded, on the map view if you don't have the navball enabled, you can't adjust the throttle with SHIFT and CONTROL, but you you can still cut the engines with "X"

"X" is being handled through a somewhat different path that bypasses some of the normal input handlers.
