STAGE doesn't call the "stage" action group. #256

if you add an action to the stage action group in the SPH/VAB then it won't be done on issuing a STAGE call from kOS. I'm aware that this functionality can be replaced - and is better done - in kOS, however my ship designs are based around astandard set of actions (AG1 prepare to launch, AG0 fro ship at rest, AG9 for prepare for rentry...) and my script are designed to be generic, with the ship, where possible handling the details.

Hmm. Learn something new every day. I never knew (when flying KSP manually without KOS) that that's what the STAGE action group was for. I never understood why it existed.
