Describe the bug
Arcane Terminals on a subnetwork are unable to pull items out of the system or put them in even though the main networks contents are accurately shown if the main network has a security terminal.
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make a network with a security terminal and store items in it.
Make a second network and connect the two via interface-storage bus.
Use Arcane Terminal on the secondary network (storage bus side) and attempt to pull items out or put items in.
Expected behavior
Items should be pulled from the main network or put into the main network if player is allowed to on main network.
Stupid Solution
Put a security terminal in subnetwork (and copy any other players/perms)
I'll also cram in that the storage bus refuses to store essentia unless you whitelist it as well as randomly going offline needing to be removed and then placed again.
