Some questionnaire questions can be removed #47

We can remove question 1 and question 8 from the questionnaire bc they don't affect any of the scenes anymore. I'm also thinking about removing question 4 -- I'm running that by Dr. M at the moment.

Okay - questions 1, 4, and 8 can all be removed.
