ci: add basic github check #109

The merge conflict was probably introduced by #115, so it'd require reformatting the file.

There is currently no sane way to get nixos tests running as there is no kvm support in github ci.

KVM is now available in all default runners AFAIK, sir

Is not just bigger runner where you pay?

Is not just bigger runner where you pay?

I believe it's everything now, we noticed that in some CIs that /dev/kvm started appearing.
